We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate team as a Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst.

Reporting to the Manager TA Operations, the TA Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment team by managing operational aspects of the hiring process. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, and project management of various TA integrations into Greenhouse and other systems, ensuring the third-party tools align with team goals. The role demands a high level of accountability, from the initial design and development phases through to successful execution. You will be instrumental in building robust systems that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

This role will take a proactive approach to team development by designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, equipping team members with the knowledge and skills required to operate and maintain the tools effectively. This includes ongoing evaluation and refinement of training methodologies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and partner with the Manager TA Operations to ensure the tools meets our overall objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design, implementation, and management of talent acquisition systems that support key business processes including Greenhouse ATS and CRM, Greenhouse integrations, and other relevant systems by partnering with TA team members to discover needs and implement a solution that supports those needs under the direction of the Manager, TA Operations
  • Serve as a Greenhouse System Administrator and ensure all TA systems are built to meet high standards of reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Lead discovery calls and weekly implementation calls and provide all stakeholders progress updates
  • Develop and execute training programs to ensure all team members are fully equipped to utilize the systems effectively
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to team members, ensuring they adhere to best practices and are capable of troubleshooting system issues independently, and assist when issues are escalated
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align system capabilities with business objectives
  • Take ownership of system performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes in partnership with the Manager TA Operations.
  • Support TA operations special projects and other duties as assigned to accomplish recruiting initiatives and goals

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations
  • 5+ years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Customer Relationship Management systems, and HR Information Systems (preferably Greenhouse and Dayforce)
  • Experience as a Greenhouse System Administrator or similar ATS preferred
  • Experience in leading ATS training sessions and office hours
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Talent Acquisition data analysis, reporting, system integrations, and project management ownership
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot ATS technical issues and provide support
  • Skilled in time management and prioritization with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
  • Positive attitude for creating a high-touch and efficient experience with hiring team members, key stakeholders, and vendors
  • Excitement around the challenge of building and scaling a recruiting function
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal, written, and virtual)
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
  • Ability to work individually, part of a team, and with key stakeholders to complete tasks
  • A desire to be part of our mission to improve the veterinary industry and provide support to our business team members
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

This is a full-time remote position with travel required 2-6x per year for events and meetings. Mon-Fri workweek operating during regular business hours, some flexibility with schedule to match your needs.

Pay Range

$80,000—$90,000 USD
