Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm, on-call rotation for 1 week every 6 weeks.

The ability to multi-task and safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important. You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work. Skillsets should include painting, light carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- MA License and Vehicle required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in Maintenance/Repair preferred
- Able to lift 70 lbs required
