Role
- Source, engage and hire top-tier talent into roles within go-to-market, business, and product teams. Includes:
- Job scorecard and description creation
- Outbound sourcing
- Candidate tracking & coordination
- Interview facilitation
- Compensation negotiation
- Offer process management
- Forge relationships with the applicant pool to ensure a diverse pool and pipeline of high potential talent
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure talent acquisition aligns to company priority initiatives
- Coach hiring managers and stakeholders to provide a best in class, positive candidate experience, ensuring that all applicants are promoters of our company.
- Use new efforts to uplevel and scale our recruitment process and enhance employer branding
This role is 100% remote and compensation ranges from $105,000 – $135,000 based on experience and location,

- 2+ years of recruiting experience at an early to mid-sized, high growth startup or recruiting agency preferred. SAAS Recruiting Background is a Plus
