UK Digital Communications Specialist

As a UK Digital Communications Specialist, you will lead efforts to ensure our UK email and Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns align with marketing strategy, brand and compliance guidelines. This includes planning, building and delivering targeted emails and marketing landing pages. Execute effective and sophisticated segmentation and personalization using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in the United Kingdom market.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with marketing strategists and business stakeholders in email and landing page consultation and planning
• Design, build and send emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design and build marketing landing pages and house ads in relevant CMS
• Execute effective audience segmentation and targeting, so that each communication reaches the right audience at the right time through the right channel
• Perform administration tasks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Execute personalization and dynamic content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Provide email marketing campaign reports and metrics to the business
• Follow email marketing compliance standards and best practices
• Develop marketing automation solutions
• Create graphic assets or other graphic production tasks related to primary responsibilities

This might describe you

• Previous years of experience planning and administering email campaigns, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Database experience working with large data sets
• Experience with data entry via web-based programs and/or web content publishing via a content management system in a professional setting
• HTML/CSS skills
• Excellent communication skills (including grammar/spelling) and keen attention to detail
• Experience with graphic and photo production for the web (Photoshop and/or Figma)
• Design skills
