As the regional Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the commercial product marketing strategies for the ProBeam™ proton therapy product line. As part of the Varian Proton Solutions marketing team, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing activities and collaborate with sales and product management to ensure market success.

This role is EMEA – Remote, preferably Remote – Spain.

What You Will Do

  • Represent the product line as a subject matter expert at customer meetings, trade shows, KOL visits, and industry working groups.
  • Generate marketing materials and sales training content for use in EMEA.
  • Develop marketing plans and strategy to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and trends including competitor products.
  • Identify market needs and opportunities via customer research, competitive analyses, and industry expertise.
  • Develop and work with key clinical partners to increase representation at national and international conferences.

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in the oncology industry.
  • Competence in creation of impactful, evidence-based product value propositions and claims messaging
  • Downstream marketing management experience with product launch experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience building strong, lasting relationships throughout the organization
  • Proficient in using business tools such as: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for product demonstration, customer training, and support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex technical problems competently with clinically oriented managers and customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region and flexibility to work extended schedules, including some weekends

What Will Set You Apart

  • Being bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Eclipse™ and/or ProBeam™ products
  • Medical device marketing experience
