Ensemble Health Partners is currently looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management. This candidate will be responsible for problem solving, design, develop, and analyze findings of advanced AI/ML models to solve business problems related to Revenue Cycle operations for US based healthcare Systems. Work closely with software, data science, product management and domain experts in an intellectually challenging and collaborative environment to translate business problems into data science and develop highly innovative solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Work on multiple work-streams including data manipulation, automation and analyzing large data sets to find useful relationships and trends that impact overall profitability of the business
  • Gather user requirements, develop business case (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity) for EIQ Middle and Back revenue cycle module
  • Work with large volumes of data; background in Statistical Analytical domain is an advantage
  • Cultivate an innovative and collaborative environment and work together for seamless implementation and successful delivery of projects and release cycles
  • Collaborate with engineering to help with new modules UAT and ensure functionality meets specs
  • Analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to use MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SQL (SAS/Python/R is an advantage)

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in problem solving, data analytics in consulting projects and/or product development.
  • Domain knowledge in Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
