Collaborative Solutions, LLC
This will be a fast-paced role that will need someone who is well organized and resourceful to accomplish tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to creation of standard project management deliverables, initial setup of project management tools and environments, and the management and tracking of financial budgets internally.
Responsibilities
- Seek to become well versed in the Collaborative Solutions’ Cynergy Implementation Methodology.
- Seek to better understand the functional areas being deployed on a project in the Workday product suite: HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.
- Participate in management of 3 – 4 Workday product implementations simultaneously.
- At the direction of the Engagement Manager, work with the Client Project Manager to address project risk and issues in an effort to resolve them and communicate status.
- Support the Engagement Manager with weekly administrative tasks to include Financial Workbook creation, Weekly Status Reports, Bi-Weekly PMO Status reports, Monthly Steering Committee Reports, and Project Status updates in Workday and on Deployment Scorecard.
- Monitor and follow-up with Workday Delivery Assurance Checkpoints to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and follow up on risk, actions and issues related to the deployment project.
- Assist in the transition of the customer’s support to operations or to Collaborative Solutions Continuous Value Services team.
- Support internal practice initiatives as required.
Skills & Requirements
- Business Management or Management Information Systems Degree
- Previous Project Management experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Awareness of ERP systems, specifically HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
- A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with solid commitment to detail.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
- Willingness to reach across teams to accomplish defined goals.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
