As an Account Manager, you will own the account after the project phase has concluded and campaigns have been launched. You will collaborate with your Account Strategist to support paid media strategies for high-growth SaaS companies. This role will involve high-level client communication, partnering with an Account Strategist, collaborating with creative, and owning the ongoing success of each account you work on.

What You Offer

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Media, Creative)
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing for SaaS
  • Proven and measurable success within potentially complex client dynamics

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategizing world class strategy for SaaS companies.
  • You will collaborate with a Paid Media, SEO, and creative team
  • Meet with an internal teammate to ensure the agreed-upon client strategy gets executed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize work timelines.
  • You will communicate the work based on the strategy developed by your Account Strategist and the client.
  • Understand and translate your client’s TAM.
  • Uncover solution-specific personas. Collect JTBD (Jobs to be done) research from ideal customer persona.
  • Determine positioning throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify web personalization opportunities based on persona-specific traffic.
  • Suggest customer-led CTAs throughout the customer journey.
  • Package and present customer generation GTM strategy.
  • Use financial modeling to set client objectives.
  • Pitch strategies on new business opportunities.
