Infinix Hot 8 Summary
The Infinix Hot 8 is a low-cost phone that doesn’t stand out much in terms of looks. It has a nice gradient on the rear panel but the plastic used doesn’t feel very solid. It’s realtively compact and light despite packing in a 5000mAh battery. You get a 6.52-inch HD+ screen, and it’s actually quite good for a budget phone. The octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 isn’t very powerful and heavy games won’t even load. There’s only one configuration with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The custom software does seem to include some unnecessary bloat. There’s a 13-megapixel main rear camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor plus a dedicated low-light sensor. Photos look just about okay, but there’s lots of noise in low light. Battery life is good enough to get you through a full day of use.
