Hours: Mon-Thu/Tue-Fri rotation 18.00-05.00

Duties:
- To be health and safety conscious and promote safe working attitude.
- To coach and familiarise new joiners to the department after initial training to the required standard.
- To react positively to last minute changes.
- To liaise with Ramp Trainers on individual needs/training requirements.
- Co-ordinate Ramp operation in order to contribute successfully to DHL operations.
- Identify training requirements.
- Prioritise workload of self and others.
- Support DHL core operations, as required
- Contribute to On Time Performance of the DHL Network.
- Understanding of equipment that is used in operation.
- Completion of Band 1 to 2 training, as required.
- To facilitate EOS meetings when required
