Job Summary

The Advisor for Replication is responsible for developing and executing a n effective and comprehensive plan to organize, support, inspire, encourage, and retain the highest levels of partners and supporters (replicators) for relevant audiences in our campaigning and chapter/club networks. The Advisor will work closely wit h the man ager, the director, and key stakeholders in developing system s, structures and processes to foster and support our highest level partners and volunteers. The Advisor will coordinate activities to foster the growth of our scalable system to support advocacy and fundraising goals and CRs’ movement-building strategy. The Replication Advisor

Roles and Key Responsibilities

  • In coordination with the manager and key stakeholders, create and implement a robust strategy that supports and retains replicators in alignment with divisional goals for scaling our movement-building strategy
  • Serve s as the main point of contact for all volunteer or partner replicators with particular attention to and capacity for up-to-date information about our legislative priorities and issues, effective advocacy strategies, tactics and tools, community giving and other related efforts
  • Implement s replication leadership development opportunities with the guidance of the Leadership Development & Training team
  • Adapt s replication support and engagement practices based on data, learning and research as provided by Learning & Impact team
  • Plan s for and implement s consistent end user surveying tools with the guidance of the Learning & Impact team and key stakeholders
  • Identifies key areas of opportunity for replicator placement and peer-to-peer mentorship of replicators across audience segments
