WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Role specifics: The purpose of the English speaker/Greek speaker Telephone Sales Associate role is to be the first point of telephone contact with our customers within the organisation.

The Customer Service Associate team are responsible for providing a complete service to our customers which primarily is call taking but does include high volume outbound telephone calling in line with the company’s standards.

WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities

• Maintains contact with customers.
• High volume outbound calling.
• Answers telephone calls -1st line- providing services to customers.
• Processes admissions, requests & cancellations.
• Processes data in intermediary administration.
• Maintain &display a thorough understanding of products, services & procedures.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Supports actions in relation to introduction of new programs.
• Broad knowledge of company’s products.
• Processes all administration regarding data handling.
• Communicate information in a responsible, effective, & timely manner (both verbal & written).
• Demonstrates ability to interact & cooperate with all company employees.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures & business ethics codes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports actions in relation to introduction of new programs & initiatives.
