Roles and Responsibilities Enforce – Policy creation to harden and configure the endpoints Integrity Monitor – Monitor file changes to systems Deploy – Install, Update, and remove software Discover – Find and report on unmanaged systems Impact – Understand lateral movement of accounts and access rights Comply – Vulnerability and Compliance scanning Perform daily operational tasks such as clientagent health, optimization, performance monitoring and platform health on a variety of endpoint security tools. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze various components of the Windows operating system as it relates to management of the security controls on the endpoints. Perform Administrator tasks on platform systems to include database maintenance, network connectivity, and overall maintenance of the platform. Service management experience to include incident, change and problem management, as well as service requests. Ability to provide continuous improvement processes for endpoint security services to enhance capabilities. Provide support and liaison to Vendors of the various tools advocating the needs for enhancements and fixes to issues within the environment. Break-fix activities to support and resolve incidents, including infrastructure components, endpoint agents, product-specific errors and customer-initiated requests Ability to work in a team setting and manage time to accomplish the daily operational tasks as well as system and endpoint issues as they occur.
