Project Description

Maintaining training curriculum that can be scaled and rolled out globally

Scheduling and executing local trainings according to defined curriculum and local learning needs

Plan, oversee and execute logistics for all trainings (location, IT, training providers, scheduling etc.)

Track individuals’ training attendance, cancellations and performance improvement- L&D monthly report for the management (optional)

Manage annual L&D budget through effective budgeting for learning and development, scheduling of initiatives to minimize labour costs

Implementing global L&D best practices

Develop/review/update training programs

Ensure the content is appropriate, comprehensive and meets the needs of the audience

Build and maintain relationship with Temenos and other training vendors

Design and implementation of junior academies to meet business requirements and enable growth within regions.

Oversight of recruitment for academies

Design and implementation of up-skilling academies to meet business requirements

Special project coordination, such as interviewing factories
