Fullsteam Personnel LLC is searching for a Financial Systems & Integration Senior Accountant.
Primary Responsibilities Financial Systems & Integration Senior Accountant:
Integrations & Financial Systems
- Be the go-to resource for financial systems and drive the implementation of additional features and functionality (e.g. implementation of inventory module)
- Project manage the on-boarding of new acquisitions
- Integrating them into NetSuite, Paystand, Concur and other financial systems
- Partnering with Corporate & Technical Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, Portfolio Accounting, and Shared Services to ensure a smooth transition to joining the Fullsteam finance platform
- Assist with post-closing net working capital true ups of acquired companies
- Assisting and backup as the Administrator role for certain financial systems
- Ensure proper structuring for internal control purposes
- Assist with setting up new workflows and streamlining data flows
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Continuous Improvement
- Review existing methods of gathering information and performing analysis and propose opportunities for improvement
- Assist with furthering the development of automations across our financial systems infrastructure

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Financial Systems & Integration Senior Accountant will demonstrate the following attributes:

Financial Systems & Integration Senior Accountant Experience:
- Preferred experience with integrating newly acquired companies into financial systems
- Experience setting up new financial systems and or functionalities
- Experience in acquisitive, geographically dispersed, and diverse businesses
- Understanding of all accounting rules and principles (US GAAP)
- Experience implementing automation tools and or processes
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting Information Systems
- MBA, CPA, a Plus

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
This position may be 100% remote or can be located in the Auburn, AL office. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment if fully remote.
