The Opportunity:

ESW powers commerce for the world’s leading brands in 200 global markets. The BDR’s primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting to e-commerce executives to start new business conversations, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for our enterprise account executives. You’ll also follow up on leads generated by marketing, analyse market trends, research potential prospects, and map the shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities through extensive cold calling.
  • Maintained established calls and completed calls per day goals.
  • Assist sales team on the administrative side as required.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge regarding solutions and product offers.
  • Catch the attention of busy executives with compelling email and social media messaging.
  • Schedule appointments with prospects for the sales team.
  • Support sales team by creating presentation decks.
  • Research up and coming brands and market trends.
  • Maintain and log activity using our technology stack – including Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with marketing on lead follow-up and events.

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Ideally, 6+ months of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Business analysis and market research experience.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of fashion brands and retailers is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, highly tenacious self-starter.
  • Excellent computer, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word.
