Bilingual Customer Service Rep (ENG/FR) – REMOTE / WFH

• HIRING BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

• Location*: WFH/Remote
• WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:* Agents handle inbound and outbound calls (mostly inbound) for telecommunications home services’ current clients, so the calls are warm. The day to day role will be comprised of calling and receiving calls from existing customers and offering them promotions. Part of the role is also handling inbound calls when these customers call back to make the switch. They may also assist with basic troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and transferring to other departments.

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Customer service experience
