Work From Home – Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French)

Our client is looking for bilingual customer service professionals to join their team on a fulltime and permanent basis.

• Position Overview* What will you do?
• Handle 10-15 inbound calls per day.
• Assist customers with account changes, billing inquiries, and plan upgrades.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Document customer information accurately.
• Must-Have Skills/Experience:*
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
