Summary

Vizient recently launched its Direct to Employer Solutions (D2E) for health care systems, which include a national high-value network, direct-to-employer advisory services and connections with network administrative partners. These solutions help Vizient’s high-value providers develop sustainable partnerships with self-insured employers to lower cost and improve care.

In this role, you will support projects and deliver customized analyses for the Director to Employer consulting business. You will evaluate processes and review opportunities for adjustments and/or improvements working with senior management and other business leads.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced modeling techniques to handle large data sets.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and members and identify needs and reach appropriate compromises to ensure alignment with desired outcomes and expectations.
• Prepare and communicate information to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and/or understand current business processes.
• Develop and guide other team members on best practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience data analysis experience required.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.
• Experience working with health care and/or insurance data strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting to groups preferred.
• Project Management experience desired.
• Experience with data quality and performance improvement initiatives or projects desired.
• Must be proficient with analysis & assessment (qualitative and quantitative) and process improvements.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range

$51,900.00 – $75,150.00
