Detailed job description and main responsibilities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This position if for someone who wants to start a career in HR that may have little or no previous experience in an office environment

You should have a good standard of education, a degree is not required as this is a level 3 CIPD apprenticeship.

Your key strengths will be your attention to detail and organisational skills as you will be arrange complex meetings with numerous managers, preparing and sending out hearing packs. You should have strong communication skills both verbal and written as you will be taking first line queries by phone and managing a generic email inbox. You will also need to have good Microsoft office skills including excel and touch typing skills.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday, 30 August 2022.

The department works 8-6 and the employee will work a mixture of 8-4 and 10-6 each day
