Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Bilingual Patient Care Representative for our client, a wonderful growing health and wellness company in Dallas,Texas! The ideal candidate for this role will be team-oriented and self-motivated. This contract position is full-time and onsite and for immediate hire!

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Guide patients through insurance verification and explain coverage options clearly.
  • Respond to inquiries about insurance, claims, and billing with a deep understanding of processes.
  • Resolve patient issues quickly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate staff or management when necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, creating trust through active listening and personalized care.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments proactively.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications for care post-visit.
  • Answer calls promptly with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, treatment options, and office policies.
  • Collaborate with the billing department to ensure smooth processing of claims.
  • Ensure all communication is documented properly for future reference by the team.

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with preference for candidates with additional training or certifications in customer service or administration.
  • Familiarity with medical business or medspa, with a preference for understanding terminology and insurance processes.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic, preferably in a call center or front desk role.
  • Capable of handling multiple calls, scheduling needs, and tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
  • Ability to manage client information, appointments, and insurance details with high precision.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with industry-specific software and Microsoft products.
  • A patient, empathetic, and clear communicator who ensures that all clients feel heard and understood.

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to anhourly range of $17-20/hr. (DOE), this role provides medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week.
