As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a E/CTRM Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Energy team in London.

What you’ll be doing:

  • A system implementation project related to energy and / or non-energy commodities
  • Engage with business stakeholders understanding their needs and effectively communicate how those will be designed and eventually implemented, mainly though workshops.
  • Define, elaborate and document business requirements.
  • Prioritise business requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Able to work with a geographical dispersed IT project delivery team and business stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • E/CTRM experience.
  • Ability to communicate requirements and solutions to technical and business teams.
  • Experience of full end to end project delivery methodology.
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others.
  • Experience in both physical and financial trading environments preferred.
  • Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions.
