Voted a 2022 Great Place To Work, Brown & Brown is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join our National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. This department deploys various software tools to our valued customers and their employees for use in health care reform compliance, automated benefits enrollment, and other needs for automation. With oversight, the incumbent is responsible for carrying out various aspects of post-implementation support. This Customer Success Analyst is an entry-level role and training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Develops knowledge of applicable software tools.
  • Basic skills to provide routine direct daily support to solve and troubleshoot routine issues in a timely manner.
  • Develops skill set around identifying root cause of support issues and apply solutions
  • Basic understanding of system operations across our technology base
  • Ability to follow established SOPs and execute assigned duties
  • Learn health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test software tools.
  • Commitment to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards.
  • Participate in customer meetings, as requested.
  • Follow department guidelines, policies and procedures; including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
  • Determine a course of personal, professional development.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with database applications
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Attention to detail required and the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred:1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector

Target Pay

$23.00 USD Hourly
