Job Overview:
The Data Coordinator provides technical assistance and support with organizing, cleaning, and uploading data in RAI databases and softwares (e.g. ETO, Power BI, etc.). The position reports to the Deputy Director for Measurement & Data Analysis, serves on RAI’s Research, Analysis, and Learning team at HQ, and is supported by 2-4 additional Measurement staff and interns. This is a critical role that helps to ensure that RAI meets its goal of data-driven, evidenced-based programming. Responsibilities include developing and managing core indicator data collection tools and reports, collecting and uploading core indicator data, and coordinating the administration of the Resettlement Assessment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with data quality assurance and attending regular meetings with team members and other stakeholders. Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in ETO and the RAI data dashboards in Power BI, from both the end user and system administrator perspective.
- Develop and manage core indicator reports in ETO.
- Manage administration of the Resettlement Assessment.
- Organize, clean, and batch upload core indicator data to ETO on at least a quarterly basis.
- Organize, clean, and upload core indicator data to Power BI on at least a quarterly basis.
- Support data review and action planning meetings.
- Develop data collection tools for capturing Europe core indicator data and RAI annual statistic data.
- Work with Information System support staff, program staff, and technical advisors to develop and implement quality assurance measures
- Coordinate regular meetings with team members and other stakeholders, such as technical advisors at HQ and MEL staff in offices, to ensure core indicator collection tools and reports meet program and departmental needs.
- Facilitate occasional trainings via webinar.

Job Requirements:
- University degree strongly preferred, ideally in Social Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
- Knowledge of or experience with social service case management or program management software (preferably ETO), client relationship management, relational databases, or other information systems for client management.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions fully and precisely is essential
- Ability to quickly learn information systems and support software including IRIS, ETO, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Survey Monkey.
- Solid organizational skills: the ability to work productively and accurately while under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Flexible work attitude: ability to work in a team environment & independently and meet unexpected demands
