Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost ticket sales, event registrations, membership acquisition, and digital content viewership.
- Identify, negotiate, and nurture partnerships with relevant entities to expand the company’s reach, increase brand visibility, and enhance revenue streams.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to maximize audience engagement and conversions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine marketing tactics, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and resonance with the target audience.
- Service as the main point of contact for the organization’s media planning agency.
- Develop media campaigns and identify key media outlets and marketing partners to reach key audiences and demographics.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the media or entertainment industry, showcasing a track record of driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in cultivating and managing partnerships, with strong negotiation skills and a knack for fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and make data-informed decisions.
- Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector a huge plus.
