Supervise project implementation and team coordination, together with the field components of the project; be responsible for project visibility and reporting, daily coordination of project activities, active participation in the substantive part of the project and capacity building in form of regular consultations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of a project implemented in cooperation with a local partner organization in Gagauzia region
  • Identification of further possibilities of cooperation with other donors (civil society organizations, relevant institutions, donors, representatives of private sector, etc.)
  • Cooperation with the partner organization, project beneficiaries and other stakeholders
  • Project monitoring and evaluation
  • Establishing and maintaining good relations with relevant international and local stakeholders within the project implementation
  • Capacity building in good governance and civil society
  • Further project-related relevant tasks

Required experience and qualifications:

  • At least BA degree in development or humanitarian studies, international relations, international law, human rights, or other related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience with team leading an advantage,
  • Experience with project management an advantage,

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving focus
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
  • Reliability and result-oriented profile
  • Experience in civil society empowerment and good governance an advantage
  • Experience in working with youth an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English, and Russian and Slovak an advantage

PIN Slovakia offers:

  • Salary 1,460 EUR gross/month based on your experience and PIN’s salary scale (for full time),
  • Per diems of app. 1,200 EUR net/month for Moldova (40 EUR net/day)
  • Housing allowance – 145 EUR/month
  • Travel health insurance for Moldova

  • 30 days of paid leave annually;
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses with travel to the country of residence once per deployment
