We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to play a critical role in supporting our Commercial teams to develop and execute local strategies to maximize growth and profitability.

The Position Will Act As a Key Finance Resource And Provide Insights For The Team To Make Prudent Financial Decisions By

• Working with Regional F,P&A team and local commercial teams to support the planning and forecasting cycle:
• AOP
• SOTB
• Periodic reforecasts
• Partner with local Sales team to:
• Leverage TPM system to manage Sales adjustment budget
• Manage trading terms with key customers and ensure they are effectively deployed
• Generate a customer P&L analysis and reporting
• Partnering with local Marketing teams to help:
• Leverage Anaplan system to manage A&P budgets
• Support HQ pricing team for Japan pricing
• Report out profitability by sku/brand and manage what-if/ad hoc queries
• Ensure that activities generate a positive ROI and deliver on planned KPIs
• Provide inputs to cost and royalty forecasts for Japan market
• Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and presentation of financial data including SKU count efficiency, SKU level margins amongst others

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with varied levels of company personnel required
• Willingness to work outside normal responsibilities to achieve desired results required
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced and complex environment with short deadlines
• Ability to communicate complicated matters clearly and concisely in both verbal & written formats
• Confidence in conclusions from analysis; ability to persuade others
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Cognos a plus

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc)
• Professional finance qualification an advantage
• 3-4 years relevant experience

Language Level

• English Language level：Fluency (spoken and written is a pre-requisite)
• Japanese Language level: Fluent – Native (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
• Work permission in Japan required

700万円〜800万円

（能力・経験を考慮し当社規定により決定します。）
