We`re looking for HR Co-Ordinator to join our London based team on a fixed term basis.

This role is key in supporting the People Business Partnering team, through the delivery of effective coordination and administration of people processes and tasks that relate to the employee life cycle.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Support in ensuring accurate and up to date organisational structures
  • Ensure accurate weekly reporting related to the HAF (Hiring Authorisation Form) and COC (Change of Contract) sign off process
  • Own the exit interview process and reporting, to support identifying and understanding trends in reasons for leaving
  • Support with the administration of the bi-annual talent calibration process, assisting in the collation performance and talent ratings. Alongside this, provide administrative support in compiling robust succession plans across functional areas
  • Assist in issuing letters generated by People Ops
  • Provide regular people metric information for the People team to support decision making
  • Support the People Business Partners in compiling together People review packs
  • Coordinate and setup People reviews with the People Business Partners and Heads of department
  • Member of the London Social team
  • Provide generalist on site HR and remote support services to the London teams
  • Advise managers and staff on all HR policies and procedures
  • Coach managers where errors have occurred to ensure accuracy is maintained i.e incorrect COC, HAF’s, absence reporting
  • Support the business partners with people processes including maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests
  • Coordinate administration of a new starter Buddy System
  • Support the Corporate Induction in conjunction alongside the Talent Development team
  • Any other ad hoc duties
