ACCOUNTABILITIES

General objective of the position:
The IT & Admin Officer is responsible of providing support regarding installing soft ad hardware and monitoring data and networks, troubleshooting system and solving network relevant issues.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Follow up administrative and IT services associated with SAMS and upon the request from Admin Manager.
• Follow up all IT maintenance: Laptops, printers, WIFI, servers, network, etc.
• Provide technical support to staff including (Software and hardware) and needed training.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Follow up the implementation of Admin and IT policies, and submit periodic reports to his direct Manager
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks and inform the admin manager about any fault or updates.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Replacing IT parts as required;
• Providing IT/admin support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Following diagrams and instructions to repair a fault or set up (HR –HIS) system
• Testing and evaluating new technology in coordination with Admin manager and upon his guidance;
• Back up data base daily, weekly, monthly from (HR-HIS) server and SAMS Box.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on all IT and electrical equipment.
• Follow up the office warehouse, inventory table and movement of materials and under supervision of Admin Manager.
• Provide the admin manager with all requested information and reports regarding the office’s IT/admin resources and what has been purchased and documentation of consumption.
• Work on Anti-terrorist checks regularly related to admin department.
• Distribute IT equipment and maintain a consumption record under the supervision and the guidance of his direct manager.
• Translate documents and reports when needed upon the request from his direct manager.
• Conduct the needed action in coordination with Admin Manager to ensure the operation of IT equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Registration of all assets and conduct periodic disclosure and keeping related records.
• Communication file (Internet – networks…. etc.) under Admin officer responsibility and as requested from direct manager.
• Participation in the development of policies and procedures and make the necessary proposals for the development of work.
• Responsible for keeping meeting rooms technically ready upon request (Voice, video, Internet, Projector, etc).
• Participation in Technical and CBA Committees.
• Organize and schedule meetings.
• Provide all requested assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Order IT office supplies in coordination with his direct manager and under his guidance.
• Coordinate and provide the requested support regarding the trainings implementation.
• And Provide all logistics service related to the training implementation and transfer trainees.
• Conduct all Hotel and flight reservation which needed.
• Ensure that all training supplies are available on time.
• Print the necessary training materials, Certificates and any other documents in coordination with the medical training officer.
• Conduct all reservations for restaurants and similar events.
• Conducting a market study in relation to work tasks and any administration purchasing.
• Follow-up government departments, legal accountant, and any related authority or department with regard to administrative tasks.
• Provide the necessary and periodic reports and meeting minutes within the admin framework.

• Any additional duties requested by the Administrative manager and in the interest of the Section Work.

THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required
• University degree in any related field, Information Technology is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology (IT).
Languages
• Fluency written and spoken in Arabic
• Advanced Written and spoken English
• Beginner Written and Spoken Turkish
