MEAL officer

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a MEAL officer to join our dynamic team to conduct monitoring and evaluation of healthcare-related humanitarian projects implemented in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Create MEAL plan
• Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools
• Develop and conduct need assessment, monitoring and evaluation, feedback and complaint mechanism
• Provide methodological support to the programme team
• Process and analyse collected data, including writing reports
• Document and disseminate lessons learned
• Support MEAL capacity building

Candidates profile

• Fluent English. Ukrainian or Russian is a big plus.
• Good level of MS Office skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning or in research
• Open for national and international candidates
