Description

Under general supervision, candidate will provide operational backroom and clerical support related to the Huntington credit card products. The research and support of daily processes will be conducted using numerous bank systems such as Customer Information System (CIS), Deposits system (Hogan), automated workflow system (PEGA /PSON), online report viewing (SAR), check image archive (Check Vision), general ledger web, FISERV Card system, and SCRA tracking system (MAX) while leveraging SCRA (Service members Civil Relief Act) guidelines. This support may also include preforming User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and/or new products.

  • It is imperative that the individual in this position is detailed oriented and able to deliver the highest quality of customer service with the utmost accuracy every time.
  • Individual must demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to adapt in a changing, fast-paced environment related to SCRA and other regulatory deadlines and requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 3 or more years experience in banking and/or using financial institution and third-party systems for plastics transactions or related payment transactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of general ledger experience
  • A minimum of 3 years prior research experience in a customer service environment
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 year experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication skills are required as candidate will communicate verbally and in writing throughout the day with internal customers and representatives of a third-party service provider.
  • Candidate is required to be team oriented and customer focused.
  • Prior experience servicing a credit/debit card product, or demonstrated familiarity with the requirements related to Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA), a plus
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision as position is remote.
