SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Air Conditioning Contractors of America is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Partnerships and Sales Coordinator to join our Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships team. This remote-first role will support ACCA’s Strategic Partner Program, associate member category, and advertising sales; this role is directly responsible for collecting deliverables from partners and advertisers, and is critical to helping nurture ACCA’s non-dues revenue programs. The coordinator plays an important role in maximizing ACCA’s impact in the HVAC industry and helping to improve the lives of contractors nationwide.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support for ACCA’s partnership program, associate members, and advertising sales.
- Support fulfillment of all partner benefits, including but not limited to:
- Collecting partnership deliverables and sending reminders when materials are due
- Creating and sending invoices for partners
- Scheduling meetings with partners and prospects
- Scheduling webinars and coordinating deliverables for partner webinars
- Collecting advertising assets for partner deliverables
- Tracking and reporting on performance metrics for partners
- Tracking utilization of partner program benefits
- Support fulfillment of advertising sales, including but not limited to:
- Collecting advertising deliverables and sending reminders when materials are due
- Responding to advertising inquiries by sending media kit with advertising options
- Creating and sending invoices for advertising sales
- Tracking and reporting on performance metrics for advertisers
- Support acquisition and retention of associate members:
- Fielding requests from potential new associate members and respond to questions about member benefits
- Signing up new associate members
- Supporting current associate members wishing to utilize their member benefits
- Supporting current associate members who are interested in advertising, sponsorship, or exhibiting opportunities
- On a regular basis, pull reports to track outstanding payments not yet received from advertisers, partners, and associate members.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and communications for advertising, partnerships, and associate members.
- Support all other administrative work for the partnership and advertising programs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, updates, and partner news.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS: 10 percent

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/certification requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience level:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative work, partnership development, marketing, or sales, preferably within a non-profit or association environment.
- Technical skills:
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience using project management systems to track work (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc).
- HubSpot experience a plus.
- Other skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
