Ensemble Health Partners is looking for a Manager of Product Management. This candidate will leads continued expansion of Ensemble IQ workflow into middle and back revenue cycle through gathering user requirements (MVP and ongoing) and creating scope spec documents, defining integration strategy and with partners and source systems and integrating AI. Creates business case for new modules and products as needed. Collaborate with software engineering and data science teams on UAT and lead product/module launches and continuous development cycle.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with revenue cycle operations team and apply market research to develop a strategy and product roadmap for EIQ® middle and back end revenue cycle module
  • Gather user requirements, develop business case (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity) for EIQ modules
  • Develop analytic and process automation approaches to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Craft funding/approval requests for IT steering committee
  • Collaborate with engineering to oversee the module UAT to ensure functionality meets specs
  • Contribute to preparation of marketing collateral and product demonstrations
  • Work and coordinate deliverables with global teams

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with application development, product management, data integrations and analytics
  • Domain Knowledge in Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math or other Science required
  • Masters Degree in Engineering, Math, Business Administration or other Science preferred
