Project Manager, Full Time (Remote/Leeds) About Dubit- Dubit has recently secured an £8m investment to launch the first in the metaverse and grow our award winning studio Dubit makes games for the metaverse, kids and for eSports. Founded in 1999, we have over 20 years experience of creating digital gaming worlds and experiences for global businesses and innovative startups. We work with some of the biggest kids brands including Lego, Mattel, Disney, and Nickelodeon to name a few. As well as making state of the art games we also have a dedicated department specialising in kids research and development, About The Team- This team is Dubit’s leading games team. We are a diverse group of developers, designers, delivery managers, strategists and innovators. We are primarily responsible for delivering digital products at the intersection of education and entertainment. Key Responsibilities- Being accountable for the successful delivery of the project Awareness of the project budget and accountable for remaining within the budget constraints Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external Support the preparation of client presentations and at times present these Contribute to and at times be responsible for project reporting Contribute to and collaborate in client workshops/meetings Lead in scrum ceremonies including daily scrums, planning and refinement sessions Build and maintain a product backlog Understand the projects resource requirements and communicate these when required Work day to day with the delivery team Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager or similar Ability to deliver a project to agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints Experience of delivering projects within a waterfall or agile framework Ability to confidently run planning sessions and articulate client requirements and translate these in to user stories Ability to use Jira Strong organisational skills Able to communicate to all levels of stakeholders Organise and manage a team of people Benefits- Free Parking City Centre location Take you Birthday off (1 days free holiday entitlement above standard holiday entitlement) Creative and fun company culture Company events Healthcare scheme Pension plan Training and personal development schemes Powered by JazzHR XudlboaH6p
