Right now, we are seeking an experienced QA professional to shift our quality process to the Left by collaborating with different stakeholders on the aspects of quality. Our work heavily relies on data. Raw Data is streamed in our system by processes like ETL, after aggregation, enrichment and manipulation results are saved into materialised views that product teams rely on to build user applications. Strive for quality to be built and aspire to ‘Shift quality to the left’ by highlighting measures for risk mitigation within the team as early as possible. Champion QA practices and tools to broader tech community, through chapter and guild meetings, blogs and acting as a mentor. Be comfortable peer reviewing Contribute to security, performance and accessibility testing activities in the team. Designing and develop tests, mocks and stubs CI/CD pipeline building Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs; Identify, negotiate scope of testing along with bringing them onboard with the testing approach. It would be great if you have: 3 years of experience in Software development as Automation QA / SDET Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to analyse and troubleshoot complex data-based testing scenarios Familiarity with cloud-based / micro-services architecture An excellent understanding of the principles of agile testing. Experience with TDD and BDD techniques. Ability to review and understand code/ Unit tests. Nice to have: Experience with messaging system (Kafka etc). Working knowledge of Docker. Working knowledge of integration level tests using Venom. SDET experience desirable Enterprise level software using GraphQL. Experience using Automation tools such as Javascript, Cypress, JMeter, Soap UI.
