REMOTE – Bilingual Customer Service Representative (FR/ENG) – Top 5 Bank

Our client is a Top 5 Canadian bank and they are looking for bilingual customer service professionals to join their team on a fulltime basis.

• Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:*
• Handling a high-volume of inbound calls from customers inquiring on day to day banking needs.
• Assisting with account changes, address updates, and banking transactions.
• Updating and documenting information in the customer’s account.
• Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/experience:*
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken
• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality)
