About Our Client
My client is a large and successful organisation based in Warwickshire, who have an immediate requirement to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk into the team to cover long term sickness.
Job Description
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will:
- Setting up new clients
- Cash Allocation
- Producing sales invoices
- Banking and reconciliation.
- Chasing up outstanding debts / covering when Credit Control need additional support
- Sorting out any rebates and filing
- Working on multiple portals to submit Sales invoices
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will require the following skills:
- Experience working in an Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger position
- Self-motivated to work from home effectively and meet expectations
- Excellent systems skills – Sage is extremely desirable
- Excellent customer service and key account handling ability
- Able to confidently discuss overdue payments
- Comfortable working towards deadlines
- Be a team player
