About The Role
This is a new role for ClearEstate, so we’re looking for trailblazers who will set the gold standard for all future SDRs within the team. Alongside industry and sales leaders, you will contribute to building a world-class sales organization on an exceptional growth path.
Reporting to the VP Growth, the Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for inbound leads. As such, you will approach prospective clients with a consultative and empathetic approach to sales, demonstrating awareness of their difficult circumstances.
You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and moving them through the sales funnel to generate opportunities, playing a critical role in driving new business and helping us achieve our objectives.
As such, you will be living and contributing to our mission by helping clients ease through a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up & qualify inbound leads within the designated SLA’s via phone and email.
- Develop and execute lead cadences leveraging some of the best tools available on the market.
- Conduct effective Discovery by asking the right questions, analyzing needs, and establishing appropriate next steps.
- Book Consultations and open opportunities for Estate Experts.
- Understand and articulate ClearEstate’s value proposition and how it aligns with the prospect’s unique needs.
- Maintain data integrity by tracking and forecasting KPIs and logging all key activities in the CRM.
- Maintain knowledge of the platform development to best respond to prospect inquiries and promote the ClearEstate service offering.
- Provide timely & consistent prospect feedback to the development team to continuously improve our service offering.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a B2C similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Experience in financial services sales is an asset (e.g., banking, insurance, trust services)
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of the sales process
- Natural relationship builder with an emphasis on empathy and active listening
- Motivated sales professional who is mature, reliable and demonstrates integrity
- A growth minded individual who is eager to learn and be a part of our growth trajectory.
