Role Overview

Represent the Regional Supply Chain Execution team, while working with the Master Data team in ensuring relevant Master Data is accurate to:

  • Support Detailed Production Scheduling within SAP
  • Drive demand planning information through the EMEA system plants and distribution centres
  • Support the drive for automation of Internal and External Purchase Orders

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive data quality improvement for existing setups.
  • Works with Master Data team, to ensure Distribution Centre data for which the Supply chain Execution team are responsible, is controlled in a consistent way.
  • Support colleagues in accessing data to conduct analysis for improvement activities/reporting.
  • Provide updated procedures to support improved data management practices within Supply Chain Execution
  • Aid the changing of supply routes as and when the data needs updating

Skills & Experience Required

  • ERP PP/MM knowledge or at least basic understanding
  • Ability to extract data from SAP to support analysis to improve data quality
  • Highly detailed and accurate when completing work
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical staff as well as to compose clear procedure documents
  • Self-starter and also able to work successfully in teams
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
