We are looking for an experienced conversion optimisation specialist to deliver significant increases in conversion rate and revenue for our clients around the world. You’ll be responsible for increasing the conversion rate for 3-5 varied websites, working with our team to understand users, create and run split tests. We work with interesting and varied clients – no two tests are the same. You’ll be supported by our expert team – letting you focus on creating and running great tests. The Director of Conversion handles most client interaction; our designer, developers and project manager will turn your concepts into tests on the client site and you’ll have access to our analyst and qualitative data specialist to support your research. You’ll have a wide range of experience in improving the conversion rate of multiple sites in different industries and will use your expertise in getting insights from quantitative and qualitative research to understand what stops a site’s users from converting. What you’ll do: Create successful A/B tests for 3-5 clients. You’ll propose concepts, create wireframes and plan the details of tests, then work with our excellent design, development and QA team to launch them on the sites. Run research and analysis on sites to understand users’ behaviour and what stops them from converting. Analyse test performance and create client reports, make recommendations on actions for live tests and recommend follow-up tests when appropriate. Take responsibility for the success of tests and creating a roadmap and plan to improve the conversion rate. Build a real understanding of our clients’ businesses and sites and the things that matter to them Work closely with the Director of Conversion to agree on client strategy, report on performance of tests and to discuss upcoming tests. Requirements About you: An expert at conversion optimisation (CRO) – proven with experience of successful research driven optimisation and testing on multiple sites. Great at using data and analytics to tell a story – you can identify the right metrics to track and analyse and present data in a meaningful and helpful way. An expert at Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other BI tools is desirable. A hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude – You’re comfortable getting creative and using a wide variety of tools and approaches to get the best results for the client. Practical and pragmatic – we’re driven by data and statistics but don’t get caught up in unnecessary processes. You make the right decisions for clients and solve only the problems you need to – don’t get caught in the weeds. Technical – You don’t need to be a developer but you should be familiar with the basics of how websites and pages are structured (or be ready to learn) and happy to work with a variety of research and testing tools.
