About the Company: Our client is a foremost non-governmental organization that is committed to the development of leadership capabilities and national development in Africa

The Company is seeking to hire a Social-Media and Campaign Manager to manage and execute strategic social media campaigns for its brand across various social media platforms. S/he will be the owner of creative social media concepts, crafting engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with target audiences as well as social media management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and promote its initiatives and activities across pillars
  • Perform effective social media management, ensuring the creation of engaging content, attraction of traffic with high reach, followership and engagement across all social media platforms
  • Creatively design, execute and manage viral and successful organizational campaigns on both traditional and new media that resonate with, attracts and ensues desired action from the target audience including partners, sponsors, philanthropists and the general public.
  • Design and implement an effective SEO Strategy, optimizing the organization’s website and content to rank higher on search engines, ensuring increased visibility and traffic from organic searches
  • Perform other responsibilities including effective content creation, email marketing, event marketing, brand identity management, market research and analysis, liaison with PR, et cetera.
  • Campaign tracking, measurement and analysis of ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media or account management, digital marketing with proven track record of success
  • Strong expertise in digital channels, including social media, web and app strategies, and end-to-end campaign management
  • Experience with CRM systems, driving customer engagement and personalization
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights
