Job Description Summary

This position is a direct contributor “overlay” position with client facing expectations. You’ll be working with Regional Sales Directors, Senior Account Executives and pre-Sales Engineers across the EMEA, with particular focus on the Rocket Mobius, Cypress and EOS software products and implementation services to the Fortune 1000 customers. Rocket offers a highly regarded suite of Content Services and Output Management software which addresses a variety of complex business and IT challenges. We partner with leading Outsourcers, Business Partners and Service Providers to architect, promote and provide best of breed market solutions in the Content and Output Management space.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Power Business Unit to understand and validate current market trends and ongoing client needs for the Content product group in EMEA
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors, respective Senior Account Executives and pre-sales Engineers to execute sales plays for Content Services as well as qualify and progress opportunities through sales funnel stages
  • Work collectively with Product Marketing and Product Management to develop enablement and Go to Market plans for Content Services products
  • Directly interact with customers and prospects regarding the Content and Output Management solutions
  • Work with Sales teams to migrate customers from competitors to Rocket Content & Output Management solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in Content Services, Output Management or related sectors
  • Domain knowledge and understanding of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance
  • General experience in IT for Content, Output Management, Operations, Engineering or related IT sectors
  • Team with Marketing and Sales to represent Rocket at Industry trade shows and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate with team members on solution driven sales
  • Channel/Partner experience is very helpful
  • Ability to uncover, seed, propose and sell professional services engagements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field 

Travel Requirements

Travel throughout EMEA as required for customer meetings/presentations, industry trade shows and partner events
