Funded.club provides low-cost, stress-free hiring solutions for innovative tech startups and scale-ups and we have helped hundreds of start ups in 2021 and now we are in Hyper growth looking to expand our EMEA team. We’re a team of dedicated and experienced talent acquisition partners and recruiters (from both agency and internal HR backgrounds) that become the brand and voice for rapidly expanding startup customers across Europe, North America, and Asia. This role will be remote and covering Europe and Middle East, in particular covering GCC eg Dubai and UAE. Arabic/English bilingual speakers would be desirable.We work on all open roles a growing business needs from developers to CTOs and customer support to heads of sales and marketing. We’re logged into our customers’ email, careers pages, shared ATS (Greenhouse) and their team chats like an RPO partner (just bootstrapped and much more cost-effective.) We use state-of-the-art tech and tools to generate candidates as well as advertise on appropriate channels. Your job is to source and qualify candidates and present them to the customer.For this role, we’re looking for independent recruiters and talent acquisition partners/recruiters with both agency and independent experience to help us deliver an exceptional service to our growing customer base in Israel, Dubai, UAE, GCC region.You will work remotely as a contract recruiter reporting directly to our customers and to Funded.club team regularly on your progress. You will enjoy working with award-winning and innovative startups across your region – EMEA. With such a variety of projects, you will enjoy working with truly passionate customers who are founders of cutting-edge ai/ml tech startups. Your time is your own to manage as you see fit.Job Requirements5+ years sourcing experience, placing technical and commercial candidates in technology-driven businesses.Experience in UAE, Dubai, Saudi, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar Experience managing customers, providing feedback and updates on progress.Ability to craft and pitch an employer’s story in writing and on the phone to potential candidates.Experienced in following a structured approach to hiring – Greenhouse ATS experience beneficialYou ask great questions and you’re able to qualify talent quickly.You have exceptional English and written communication skills.You have meticulous attention to detail and love keeping a CRM/ATS updated at all timesYou know, from experience, which job promotion channels and sources work best for various technical, commercial and support roles in your markets.You’re pro-active and skilled at hunting for candidates online with X-Ray searches, Linkedin, networks and groups.You’re obsessed with quality and finding the very best people.Learn more about our unique approach to startup hiring at https://www.funded.club/
