Job Purpose
Information Services (Platforms & Applications) team is looking for the candidates to disseminate need based / season based / region specific livelihood improvement and decision making based early warning advisories in the regional language through various communication media. The candidate reports to Content Dissemination & Tech Analysis
Roles & Responsibility Outcomes (KPIs)
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (RF Content Production Team / various RF team programme contacts / knowledge providers) and collect the livelihood improvement / thematic / early warning advisories (audio, video, digital poster text, image, audio or video link) in the regional language
- Collect advisories, disseminate to respective targeted audiences (farmers, fisher folk, livestock farmers, SHGs, micro-enterprises, NGOs, grassroots networks, etc.) as per Content Dissemination Plan through various communication media (Mobile based audio advisories, WhatsApp Business Chat Bot, YouTube, Audio Pod-Cast, Social Media, etc.)
- Continuously add targeted audiences profiles in the outreach database
- Maintain region-specific / livelihood categorize wise outreach targeted audiences database
- Analyze tech-based outreach, performance of various tech-based engagements and present pictorial based insights to lead to develop various data for development-based interventions
- Upload and maintain all the dissemination content in Knowledge Management System along with various categorize based key words and grouping the content as per thematic area and sub-category
- Maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders (RF internal and external) to ensure the timely dissemination of content towards livelihood improvement, knowledge empowerment, personal and asset safety
- Responsible for continuous scan, test and implement various channels / platform for content dissemination
- Enhance the content maintain structure and digital asset management based on various continuous learnings

Necessary
- Bachelor / Post Graduate in Computer Science or MCA or MBA or other related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Technical Skills: MS Office, Internet, YouTube, WhatsApp, Pod-Cast Platforms Minimum 2 Years experience
Desirable
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse and understand various analytical tools and various technological platforms data points
