Tasks
- Take responsibility for delivering the best permanent IT talent from a leading database and network
- Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
- Work closely with your clients to help them navigate and pipeline future growth and hiring needs
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in agency recruitment, on the Swiss market within IT or Life Sciences
- Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- An unrivalled passion for the industry and technology
- Able to work autonomously and like an entrepreneur
