Your new company Our client, a market-leading catering and cookware retailer with a turnover of over £400m, are seeking a Digital Insight Analyst to join their rapidly growing and high performing digital marketing department to ensure cutting-edge digital analytics are being implemented and utilised to their full capabilities. Due to further growth and ongoing investment into the digital and e-commerce marketing channels our client are heavily investing in their team and have created a number of strategically important roles. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Digital Insight Analyst to be part of a dynamic, exciting marketing department as they embark upon their next chapter Your new role You will be challenged with the task of unlocking powerful insights on digital performance in order to drive forward web sales. You will be supporting other digital functions such as the content & acquisition teams, but also assisting finance and commercial functions with decision making based on digital insights. You will work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions within the business and provide in-depth and actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will build sophisticated dashboards that provide insight and assist the decision making process across a number of teams, with a focus on clarity and user experience, it must be easy to understand. Performing deep-dive analyses you will help to resolve key issues facing the business and uncover new insights. You will provide support to the Data and Insight team where necessary and work alongside tech teams, data teams and external suppliers to guide implementation of new products, data sources, tags etc. These external suppliers may be existing or potential suppliers. What you’ll need to succeed You will be an experienced Digital Analyst or have relevant experience in a similar role and posses an excellent understanding of digital data and functionality. You will be adept at using analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Acoustic etc. Familiarity with code such as SQL is desired. Possessing a sound understanding of relational databases, you will also have experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI. Personally, you will be a fantastic communicator and be able to prioritise your time accordingly. Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight is key and you will preferably have experience of cross-functional working What you will get in return You’ll join an exciting, ambitious organisation on an upwards trajectory who are investing heavily and looking to increase their already impressive digital footprint. You’ll get a salary of circa £40,000 plus colleague profit share bonus which is uncapped and based on company performance, but would typically be 3% of your annual salary. There is also an attendance allowance which can mean up to 4 additional days annual leave or a cash bonus and the option to purchase more annual leave.
