Overview of Position

  • CTG is looking for qualified staff as per TOR below

Role Objectives

  • Assist in the preparation of budget proposals, cost estimates & supporting documents.
  • Extract information & generate expenditure reports & budget performance reports.
  • Provide a wide range of administrative & office management support including travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, maintaining attendance records & drafting email.
  • Oversee incoming & outgoing mail, review & bring priority items to the attention of the CCITS.
  • Secure appropriate signatures on administrative & other correspondence.
  • Arrange meetings & appointments.
  • Provide secretarial & logistical assistance for meetings & presentations.
  • Support the CCITS by preparing slides & subject files, gathering relevant documentation & other materials & background information.
  • Initiate & process requests for temporary job opening & job requisition.

Project Reporting

  • Report to the line manager

Key Competencies

  • High School Diploma / Associate’s Degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimal 5 year experience in administrative support.
  • Experience in accounting, budgeting an preparing reports.
  • Ability to provide a professional interface with the user community.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours if required.
  • Knowledge of office management systems & procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
