Learning Experience Designer

Remote Worker

I am working with a leading learning consultancy, dedicated to the hospitality industry, as they seek to expand their content production team with the addition of a Learning Experience Designer. This is in fact a remote role apart from key meetings and stakeholder engagements. My client has pretty much monopolized this niche with the focus on producing engaging and innovative digital learning content for their clientele in mobile learning content. Considering the industry, they focus in, it makes sense to have the learning content for the professionals in this industry to be as accessible as possible and what is more accessible then keeping it in your pocket at all times? Especially when people are consistently on the move. The client base is truly global with their learning content being across tens of thousands of global sites in over 50 different countries. The stakeholders are invested in making applications to benefit hospitality whilst also being invested in ensuring the learning content team have access to latest technology, methodologies, and trends, ensuring engagement and innovation is maximized. This role needs someone who’s experienced with Evolve, coming from a bit more of a development background would benefit this massively. It would be great if you can script-write and storyboard but if you are stronger technically with Scorm files and the Evolve authoring tool that’s absolutely fine. Troubleshooting is an important part of this role, testing learning to see where there’s errors and thinking about how to re-imagine that to ensure it works at maximum capacity. You’ll be involved in teams, orientated around a learner centric approach so having this mind-set and the willingness to be apart of a thought leading division. Key Skills Evolve Experience – Content Authoring Written Communication – Script Writing, relaying ideas, content discussion, ensuring the course is perfect Troubleshooting Content Teamwork – Discussions, sharing ideas, constructive criticism, assistance Autonomy – Being able to crack on with your role as well as supporting and working with others Consulting – Best approaches for projects Scorm File Knowledge End to end learning content production – Nice to have Learning Consultancy experience – Nice to have If this sounds like it could be a great opportunity for your next career move, please don’t hesitate to send in your CV for further information and we can always arrange a time to discuss further:
