You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.ResponsibilitiesGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersOwn success of a key product focus area, developing a vision, roadmap, and strategy to meet product objectivesTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understandingRequirements5+ years experience taking high-tech products and technologies (preferably with Saas healthcare products)A keen sense of business – the ability to understand market trends and consumer requirements, build business cases to justify your analysis, and design and prioritize features to fit the market needs.Leadership – Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleProven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the jobSkilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusUnlimited growth
