Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Legacy and Community Engagement team with the cultivation and stewardship of Brooke’s most loyal supporters.
The role will be responsible for being the first point of contact for our volunteer fundraising network. You will deal with supporter enquiries through multiple channels and assist with fulfilment of DIY fundraiser requests.
The role will also support the team’s marketing and stewardship campaigns through creating data briefs as well as ensuring that campaign performance is tracked and monitored.
You will also assist the team with monitoring budgets; processing expenses and raising purchase orders in addition to accurate coding of donations and legacy pledges where appropriate
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively to meet targets and deadlines. You will have a proactive approach and be willing to travel or work unsocial hours on occasion.
As well as being able to work well independently, being a good team player is key, to work well collaboratively as part of the Legacy and Community Engagement team and wider Fundraising Directorate.
